Why This Work Matters to Me

Throughout my career, I was fortunate to have outstanding coaches. They provided experiences, opened doors, and challenged me to reach my potential.

That's why I became a coach. I felt deeply moved to do the same for others.

For more than 15 years, I coached at the Division I level and learned firsthand how rewarding — and how lonely — leadership can be.

The pressure is real and the expectations are high. Every decision matters.

I also learned: the best leaders need and have support.

Why I Founded Elevating Leaders

During my final year as a head coach, I worked with two performance coaches whose impact was profound. Neither told me what to do — they didn't give me the answers.

They created space for me to think differently and move forward with confidence.

When I left the sideline, I saw a gap. While executives and CEOs often have access to coaching and leadership support, most college coaches are expected to navigate the ever-changing landscape largely on their own.

I founded Elevating Leaders to change that — to provide college coaches with a trusted place to think, organize, and take action.
